No Return Policy

We have a no return policy, meaning that once you receive your item, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is damaged or you received the wrong item or size.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or product), please contact us immediately at hunniddgrand@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. We may require photos of the damage or incorrect item for verification purposes. Once we confirm the issue, we will guide you on the next steps for resolving the matter, including providing a return shipping label (if applicable) and issuing a refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Return in Case of Damages or Errors

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damages or errors, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances. These include:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have any concerns regarding specific products.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you follow our process for a return (if the item is damaged or incorrect) and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Refunds

Once we receive your return (in the case of a damaged or incorrect item), we will inspect the item to confirm the issue. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union: In accordance with EU consumer rights, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. However, the product must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging). You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
